    Unfortunately had to return, much too small

    Absolutely beautiful top, really love it.

    Unfortunately, the Zimmermann size 0 which normally fits me like a glove is much too small. To make matters even worse, it states on your website that you do not have any corset in a size larger than 0.

    This is particularly disappointing as you have been an excellent marketer to deal with both in the quality of your products and in your follow up and support service. I would much rather deal with Naked Pear and it certainly will be my preferred site to buy my Zimmermann products in future.

    However, this time I will reluctantly have to ask for my money back on this one item, the corset top in size 0.

    There is also one more problem to deal with. I paid for this purchase using my PayPal account under my name, Dale Tyler using the Mastercard credit card ending in 3957. Unfortunately, this credit card has been cancelled due to some fraudulent activity on this card. I visited the Westpac bank yesterday to sort it out and they assured me that I would have a new card within 5-7 days. I don’t know your policy concerning the use of the same credit card for returns. If you must use the same card as I used for purchases, then could you delay putting through the payment for this return.

    Alternately, you can put the return through another card on this same PayPal account, it is a Mastercard debit card ending in 3126.
