This is a gorgeous mini skirt by the renowned Isabel Marant Etoile in a rich burgundy merlot colour. 
The skirt is a fit and flare style with gathers where the waistband meets the flared skirt. The solid colour of a dark red/rich burgundy

The skirt is made out of triacetate material -
